About Us
Our service allows you to compare real offers by dozens of trusted lenders and helps quickly close on the mortgage solution that is best suited for your needs. But, I’m a firm believer that the mortgage process is a two-way street, so before I get to know you, I want you to know more about who I am:
Professional Bio: Darrin Roseborsky, Licensed Mortgage Agent

A product of the mostly blue-collar community of Kingsville, Essex ON, I graduated from Kingsville High School and then went on to receive a Finance Degree from the University of Windsor. As a licensed agent of OMAC Mortgages, for the past 7 years I have had the pleasure of helping hundreds of clients find the best mortgage for their needs. It is this combined experience and education that allows me to provide deep cost savings analysis that my clients deserve. Through the years I’ve refined a process that creates optimal mortgage scenarios for every one of my clients. I am very proud of this process.
I am a member of CAAMP – (Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals), which enforces the highest ethical standards and knowledge of it’s associates. I am also a member of the Canadian Institute of Mortgage Brokers, Better Business Bureau. And I am honoured to have been nominated twice as mortgage agent of the year by Biz X magazine. I am actively involved in the community, including the Non for Profit Knights of Columbus Organization.
My Start In Mortgages:
Two watershed events in my life guided me into the mortgage field.
First, a good friend of mine who is a financial planner convinced me that my desire to help people to reach their goals and to succeed financially would make financial services a good career track. Our close friendship got me started down the financial services pathway, but the ordeal another friend went through when obtaining a home loan changed my life.
My friend had good credit, a good job, and should have been an ideal candidate for great loan terms. Instead of a good loan experience, what he had was one frustration after another. From broken promises to false hopes – and surprise fees that he didn’t find out about until the day before his loan was supposed to close – every exchange he had with his mortgage broker was a textbook example of how not to treat your clients.
I told myself, “I can do better than that!” At that moment, it occurred to me that I really could do better. My financial planner friend gave me a gentle shove and I decided to try my hand at mortgages – and I loved it. Not only is it an extremely rewarding career choice, I’m able to work closely with people who need my help in reaching their financial goals. I’m able to put a smile on people’s faces, which gives me a short-term lift. But the solutions I provide to my clients makes a lasting impact on their lives.
In a nutshell, that’s what it’s all about – changing financial futures one successful loan at a time.
Personally Speaking:
First and foremost, I’m a husband and a dad. My beautiful wife Christa, the light of my life, has given me three of the most wonderful children any parent could hope for. Adrian (my son) and Avaya (my daughter) along with their new sister Aliya are the primary reasons I rush home at the end of every work day.
When I’m not completing honey-do projects for my wife or chasing my kids around the yard, I enjoy playing golf (still chasing that elusive hole-in-one) and watching the Red Wings win.
